Who We Are
Our Mission
Wisdom & Grace™ creates intentionally curated spaces where women seek and apply biblical wisdom, strengthen identity, develop meaningful relationships, broaden capacity, and grow spiritually, interpersonally, and professionally.
Through faith-centered learning, reflection, communication, leadership and professional development, community, and values-centered decision-making, we equip women to walk wisely, grow gracefully, and move forward with clarity and intention.
Our Vision
We envision women equipped with the wisdom, confidence, relationships, capacity, and practical tools to make intentional decisions, pursue meaningful opportunities, lead well, build sustainably, and create positive impact in the spaces they influence.
The Foundation
Dr. Pamela Cone's study of Proverbs began in 2020 and soon shaped teaching and encouragement shared with other women. Wisdom Seekers launched in Fall 2021 as an intimate teaching experience centered on reflection, conversation, and practical biblical wisdom.
In 2022, the community became Wisdom & Grace™—an expanding vision for women learning to walk in wisdom while growing in grace.

A Proven Model
Bi-annual cohorts combine biblical wisdom, guided reflection, conversation, journaling, practical application, and community. Participants receive a complimentary Wisdom & Grace journal to continue the learning beyond each session.

Wisdom to Grow™ Incubator

A value-centered early business development experience for women considering turning an idea, skill, product, service, or vision into a business. The Incubator begins before the business plan. It begins with the woman.
Women leave with greater clarity around their idea, values, intended customer, meaningful value proposition, foundational business decisions, and an actionable pathway toward launch.

Wisdom & Grace Retreat

Dr. Pamela Cone is an educator, minister, facilitator, author, business-development professional, and leadership consultant with more than three decades of experience teaching, developing people, facilitating learning, and creating spaces for meaningful growth.
Her experience spans business development, entrepreneurship education, leadership and workforce development, community engagement, curriculum development, teaching, facilitation, and strategic consulting. This expertise informs the continued development of Wisdom & Grace™ and its newest pathway, Wisdom to Grow™.
